Lamb Moussaka Lasagne-thingy
I had some lamb mince and I really fancied a moussaka. But had no eggplant/aubergine which makes that a little tricky.
Then I thought why not make it but using lasagne sheets?
I layered lamb and spices with a thickened bechamel (made with some kefir that had gone "gluggy") with a grated and drained carrot/zucchini and spinach mixture.
Big hit. All 3 boys snarfed. Luckily I made two as why cook more than necessary? Unfortunately I also overcooked both so the tops were VERY crispy (aka burnt).
