So Max was on cooking duty last night and did a great job. However, he didn't bake enough potato wedges to cover dinner last night and lunch today for everyone. So I have had to add some spelt cheesy pockets to bulk out the offering (which the boys will be delighted by).
The cheesy pockets are something I developed for one of my really hesitant eaters and my boys (always guinea pigs) inhaled. I reckoned that was a good sign so froze them for emergencies - like a wedge shortage!
Joe has a marinated chicken wing and Max some beautiful fish as well.
Do you cook extra deliberately?
