
Hearty mince & mash to go in the thermos today. Max got a vegetarian version made from chopped tempeh topped with a little cheese. Also flat peach, mandarin, fresh corn, raw veggies and fermented fruit and home-made yoghurt. Speaking of fermented fruit I am experimenting with bananas at the moment.
