Chicken wings, stir fry & coconut sauce
The coconut sauce is different every time. Just a tin of coconut cream with a combo of Asian spices (ginger/lime/tamari/ tahini/chilli/coriander/lemongrass/fish sauce plus sometimes tomato paste or molasses or rice wine vinegar etc.).
Makes for a quick and nutritious meal. That translates well into lunch the following day:
Max prefers rice and Joe veg so they both get their choice. The sauce will be heated and liquefy before going in the thermos.
