Meatballs & Pesto Pasta
I've been meaning to make some and just took me a while to get round to it. As basil isn't in season I bought a plant from the supermarket and then supplemented the leaves with lots of spinach.
The spinach taste is completely overwhelmed by the basil but it's a great, cost effective way to produce a big batch.
Joe loved it as did Max so that was a win. Fab way of getting more greens on the plate too!
