Lemon Yoghurt Dressing

    Ingredients
 

  1. ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  2. 4 tsp lemon juice (fresh is best)
  3. 1 tsp melted honey
  4. Pinch salt
 
 
  
    Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

    Note: A perfect accompaniment to fritters or to jazz up any veggies!
