Choc Avo Truffles

    These are deliciously decadent. Not an every day treat but perfect for a special occasion.

    Ingredients
 

  1. 1/3 cup wholegrain oats
  2. 1 avocado
  3. 1/3 cup coconut
  4. 2 tsp vanilla
  5. 2 ds honey (melted)
  6. ¼ cup cacoa

    Method

  1. Blitz the oats in the blender
  2. Add all the other ingredients and blend until well mixed
  3. Use a tsp to spoon portions onto a tray and place in the freezer
  4. Once it starts to set roll the portions into balls

Note: Freeze well.
