BREAKFAST VOLCANO
This is a slam dunk winner! My boys LOVE this. Talk about taking some basic muesli and turning it into a delicious spectacle.
Ingredients
Oats soaked in milk, yoghurt or water
Method
Oats soaked in milk, yoghurt or water
- Blended raspberries (or other reddish berries)
- Flaked almonds
- Pepitas
- Crushed hazelnuts
- Coconut
- Sunflower seeds
Method
- Pile oats into a ‘mountain shape’ complete with crater at the top.
- Sprinkle the dry ingredients to form the rocks.
- Pour the blended berry mixture into the crater and down the mountain sides as lava.
- Serve with milk or yoghurt.
