BREAKFAST VOLCANO

This is a slam dunk winner! My boys LOVE this. Talk about taking some basic muesli and turning it into a delicious spectacle.

Ingredients

Oats soaked in milk, yoghurt or water
  1. Blended raspberries (or other reddish berries)
Optional ingredients:
  • Flaked almonds
  • Pepitas
  • Crushed hazelnuts
  • Coconut
  • Sunflower seeds
 
Method


  1. Pile oats into a ‘mountain shape’ complete with crater at the top.
  2. Sprinkle the dry ingredients to form the rocks.
  3. Pour the blended berry mixture into the crater and down the mountain sides as lava.
  4. Serve with milk or yoghurt.
