So enough of that and onto today's fare. I had some leftover pork balls (prawn balls for Max) that I made for dinner and some omelette. Not enough for lunch so I quickly boiled some brown rice noodles - that look white, the boys love and take 5 mins to boil in a pan. Added some tamari sauce and tinned corn and voila a lovely, nutritious and I think delicious lunch. I was experimenting with non-wheat pancakes yesterday and so they got one of those each too.
