Yesterday I cooked a Thai Red Curry and all 3 boys proclaimed it the best I'd made. Woo hoo. Even better I had noted down the recipe as I went (don't ask!!). I cooked the sauce first and then separated some off for Max (vegetarian) before adding some pork shoulder and water and slow cooking for Joe & Roy. All 3 asked to take for lunch today. This is Joe's lunch which has the pork as well. As Max wasn't getting much protein I added a savoury quinoa muffin as well.
