Joe has a swimming competition today away from the school so sushi is a perfect lunch option. He has 8 individual pieces that I made yesterday and can pick one up whenever he is hungry. It will also be something that doesn't make him feel over-full. Alongside that he's got the world's largest apple and a GF, DF, SF, NF pancake - that both he and Max approved!
