Gnocchi Dumplings & Recycled Porridge
I also had some uneaten porridge that tasted bitter so made a muffin-thingy to use it up. Of course this was also the perfect opportunity to nutrient boost so I ground linseeds, pepitas and sunflower seeds and whacked it all in with a few chopped dates for sweetness.
As my poor deprived boys rarely see baking they are delighted at any offering!
