A Joe dinner
Max had prepped some roasted cauliflower and parsnips the day before so Joe added some steamed broccoli and beans to those. I also had some potato wedges to throw on the plate.
Joe also made an amazing white sauce. Happy diners!
I've always served 5 veg at every meal (not that they are all necessarily cooked that day - see above) so that's what we're all used to. I find that serving like this encourages good habits. It also means there is plenty of greenery to fill up on.
