LASAGNE
This was not today's lunch but that's OK as it's lasagne!!
Lovely, filling and chock full over veggies. In fact it's a vegetarian version so I can serve to everybody.
Used some new GF pasta sheets but they were a bit chewy. Am looking to road test some of the lentil or bean based ones ....
