Mexican Muffins and Mince
Wanted something different for the boy's lunchboxes so made up some "Mexican" muffins. Savoury with capsicum, corn, cumin etc., egg and masa flour. Turned out quite nice and perfect with the mince.
Max took for a picnic with his friends on Sunday too as they are very portable!
