Have you tried adding liver to dishes?

Today Joe is taking some meatloaf and brown basmati rice to school. But this isn't just any meatloaf, it's got one of my favourite nutrient boosters in it. Liver. Now I know liver is not top of many people's "I love that" list however, there are ways you can use it where you will never either notice the taste or the texture but you will benefit from it's awesomeness. Let me wax lyrical about liver for a while - it's stuffed full of great vitamins like Vit A, B-12, B6 and iron. It's the reason polar bears eat it first - they know it's the best bit! To make it more palatable you can just freeze in small portions and then grate some into mince dishes like meatloaf, bolognaise, meatballs and burgers. You won't notice it on the palate but you will receive all the benefits. Have you tried adding liver to dishes?
