Cooked up a big batch of mince stew. Loads of veggies, two types of lentils and minced beef all cooked in home-made chicken stock.
This served us a meal Wednesday night and the boys have for lunch today with enough left-over to serve again as part of tomorrow's lunch.
On Wednesday I served alongside some potato. Today the boys have with pasta and tomorrow ... not so sure as haven't thought that far ahead!
