This is a popular dish and super simple to make. The version in the photo has 8 different veggies in it.
I fried off the leek, garlic, celery and grated zucchini first then added the steamed veg (beans, pumpkin, broccoli and carrot).
To that I cheated with the cheese sauce and just used milk, grated cheese, mustard and oat bran. No precooking just stirred it all together and tipped over.
This one also has the holy grail for the boys - chopped bacon.
They ate kilos!!
