Jackets

Jacket potatoes are such a simple lunchbox winner. I put these in the oven as I was baking a meatloaf (and a meat-free dish!). Joe has some left-over marinated chicken and Max some egg. I also added some bean sprouts to the veggie pots as I had some spare. Great nutrient boost and a lovely, crunchy addition for the boys ....
