This has now raised an interesting question for me and one that I haven't yet answered. On the one hand there is nothing "bad" in the ingredients list however, on the other hand to me it's really just a filler and a processed one at that. Is the solution to try making my own pasta? I did once and it was a disaster but I'm sure I can master it. But is that a road I want to go down? Hmmm. Will mull this over for a while.
