I was very privileged to be asked to do a cooking demonstration at the GF & Allergy Show in Wellington over the weekend. My lovely Max volunteered to help and it was fabulous to have him along. He became a logical part of the demo and made the most amazing veggie platter (see below). We had a great time and the organisers, crew and other presenters were fabulous.
