Fried Eggs

Run out of protein options .. oops! Add a fried egg to the lunchbox. Takes a few minutes to whip up in the morning and slots nicely into the thermos. And yes, the yolk remains whole if you slide it in carefully. Today both boys got an egg and left-over roasty veg. They will be most happy.
