Always delighted when there are enough leftovers to create a substantial enough lunch for the boys. Salmon, stuffed crepe (from my weekly cooking class) and a reject kumara quiche! Combined with all the usual - chopped veg, seasonal fruit and home-made raw milk yoghurt and fermented berries.
