Fish & Spuds ...

Back into routine now so had our standard Sunday evening fish, potatoes and salad. Roy cooks and last night made a funky batter for half the fish. Boys were impressed ...
This morning realised at the last minute that Roy had also taken the fish for lunch so there was enough left for Max but not Joe. Ahhhhh. Luckily had some marinated chicken pieces in the freezer so dragged those out to go with Joe's portion of potatoes.

They should both be happy with their offerings and there is plenty of food to keep them sustained throughout the day. The thermos for me is such a time-saver. It means I don't have to faff with things like sandwiches in the morning. Just heat up some left-over dinner and throw it in. Providing variety is also uber simple.
