Boys had broccoli burgers and GF pancake wraps yesterday with a prawn, onion, garlic, mushroom, spinach and cheese sauce filling. The broccoli burgers went a bit soggy in the thermos though - may have something to do with the wraps :( Shame as they were great when fresh. In fact my "broccoli hating" cooking student loved them and reached for extra burgers instead of more chicken ....
Also scored a cheap capsicum - woo hoo, it's been months since we had one and the sweetest melon - EVER!
