The return of the fried egg, married with some stir fry veg and brown rice noodles (and yes they look white!). Even though I had to fry the egg this morning making lunches took me the same amount of time as that burbled away whilst I got fruit etc.
The boys love the noodles and a splash of tamari sauce and they are very happy!
