Banana "Ice-cream"

Picture
Frozen bananas make a fabulous ice-cream substitute. On their own .... or jazz up with vanilla, fruit, nut butter or even something creamy.

Ingredients

  1. Frozen banana

 Method

  1. Defrost the banana so it can be blended.
  2. Place in food processor and blend until texture is “ice-cream” like.

Notes: To enhance the flavour add ½ tsp of vanilla. Or some blended fruit, some nut butter or even some fresh cream or coconut cream.
