Banana "Ice-cream"

Frozen bananas make a fabulous ice-cream substitute. On their own .... or jazz up with vanilla, fruit, nut butter or even something creamy.

Notes: To enhance the flavour add ½ tsp of vanilla. Or some blended fruit, some nut butter or even some fresh cream or coconut cream.
- Frozen banana
Method
- Defrost the banana so it can be blended.
- Place in food processor and blend until texture is “ice-cream” like.
